Playing its role in the efforts being made for relief and rehabilitation of people of Sindh hit by the recent colossal rains, Sindh Bank has dispatched its third tranche of relief goods comprising tents and food items. This brings the total of 6,350 tents besides 2000 packets containing foodstuffs donated by Sindh Bank for the rains-affected people of Sindh.
The Bank had earlier sent 5,700 tents and 2000 packets of food items for them. The relief goods were distributed among the affected people of Badin, Shaheed Benazirabad, Tando-Allahyar, Mirpurkhas, Tando Adam/Sanghar, Tando Mohammad Khan and District Larkana. The employees of the Bank have contributed their two days salaries amounting to around Rs 1 million making the total relief measures worth around Rs 40 million for the flood victims.-PR
