It gives me great pleasure to extend to the Government and the people of China most cordial greetings on the occasion of the 62nd birthday of the People's Republic of China. China and Pakistan are all-weather friends and all-round co-operative partners.
We are glad to see that, under the joint efforts by our two governments and peoples, we have deepened our exchanges and co-operation in such fields as politics, economy, security and culture. The two countries have supported each other and co-ordinated closely in international and regional issues. In the years to come, I hope both countries and its people will make unremitting efforts for the further development of the Sino-Pakistan relationship. I wish all the success and ever-growing prosperity to the People's Republic of China.
