President, Lawyer Committee for Human Rights Pakistan, Aqil Lodhi, has appealed to Sindh government to shift the city courts to any other suitable place. In a statement issued on Tuesday, he said the lawyers and litigants are facing hardship as the area where the city and district courts are situated is thickly populated.
He suggested that the location of central prison is suitable place for shifting of the courts and appealed to the authorities to consider the shifting of Central Jail to Super Highway and move the city courts to the premises of central jail.
