Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ameer Haidar Khan Hoti has said that they would not allow use of their land for terrorism against any other country and expect others not to allow their land to be used against us. He said, enemy to religion, humanity and nation will be chased everywhere and will be fought till the last breath.
He said that bravery, courage and valour of people of Dir against terrorists is commendable. He was addressing upon distribution of compensation cheques among heirs of martyrs of FC College Samar Bagh incident. Heir of martyrs, people representatives, local notables and divisional and district authorities were also present.
Chief Minister expressed heart felt sympathies over loss of innocent people participated in the funeral prayer and expressed solidarity with affected families. He said that the people will remember those who rendered sacrifices for national survival. He paid tributes to bravery of people of Dir and said that the bravery, at which people of Malakand Division have thwarted terrorists and rendered sacrifices for this cause, is source of honour for the whole nation.
He said that they are fighting this war for our survival and protection to the mother land for which people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had paid a huge price. He announced that menace of terrorism would be rooted at all cost. He said that the govt, Pak Army and people have jointly defeated terrorists in Malakand Division, added, they are now hiding and busy in vowing conspiracies against the country, which will be thwarted. He said that the importance of Qaumi Lashkar for establishment of peace is a reality that is why it will be supported.
The Chief Minister termed support of all political parties and people essentials for victory in this war. He said that compensation provided to heir of martyrs cannot substitute human life but it is aimed at lessening their problems and to extend helping hand for fulfilling their basic life needs.
He said that terrorists do not observe any religion, added, they are on the run and these ill-fated terrorists are now targeting funeral prayers and innocent schoolgoing children which is a proof of their defeat. Chief Minister distributed compensation cheque worth Rs 0.3 million among legal heirs of martyrs. He further added that under treatment patients of Samar Bagh incident in Peshawar will be provided better treatment facilities. ANP Provincial President Afrasyab Khattak, Central Secretary Information Senator Zahid Khan, Senior Provincial Ministers Rahim Dad Khan and Bashir Ahmed Bilour, Provincial Ministers Mian Iftikhar Hussain and Haji Hidayatullah also accompanied him.
