60 outlaws held in Peshawar

The city police on Monday claimed to have arrested 60 outlaws including eight proclaimed offenders and recovered caches of lethal weapons from their possession. To maintain law and order situation in the city, the law enforcement agencies conducted crackdown in various parts of the city and arrested 60 outlaws including eight hardened criminals wanted in different cases of murder, attempt of murder, robbery and narcotics.
The arrested POs were identified as Noor Rehman, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, Ismail, Sabir, Noroz, Nusrat and Mohammad Afzal. Police also recovered four rifles, five Kalashnikovs, eight pistols and 15 bottles of liquor from their possession.
