Quaid Pakistan Muslim League-N Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif here on Saturday have felicitated the Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan on the magnificent victory in the general elections.
Both leaders of PML-N today congratulated the Turkish Prime Minister on telephone and said that the third consecutive success in the general elections is reflective of the full confidence of the people of Turkey, which they have reposed in the persona and policies.
They said that the development and progress made by Turkey during last decade is a role model for the developing countries of the region. They said that consecutive success of Turkish Prime Minister and his party is due to such policies and steps as aimed at welfare of the people of Turkey and making it a welfare state in real sense.
Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that the people of Pakistan share the joys of people of Turkey over this victory. The Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif extended invitation to the Turkish Prime Minister to visit Pakistan. Turkish Prime Minister during conversation with PML leaders expressed well wishes for Pakistan and Pakistani people and said that the existing brotherly ties between Pakistan and Turkey would further strengthen in the coming days.
