KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Thursday at 20,626.05 points with a positive change of 334.43 and volume of 114,799,500 shares. High and Low were 20,669.93 and 20,117.62 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 24 were up, 6 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 179,631,020 shares. Total companies traded were 365 of which 204 were positive, 148 were negative and 13 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 23,038,700 shares. It was followed by Technology and Communication with a total traded volume of 22,533,500 shares.
