RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Wednesday at 20,291.62 points with a positive change of 385.74 and volume of 88,958,400 shares. High and Low were 20,342.27 and 19,957.73 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 11 were up, 18 were down and 1 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 129,652,650 shares. Total companies traded were 345 of which 131 were positive, 187 were negative and 27 were unchanged.

Technology and Communication was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 32,018,500 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 20,511,300 shares.
