KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Thursday at 22,488.91 points with a negative change of -681.40 and volume of 118,104,900 shares. High and Low were 23,284.20 and 22,402.26 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 3 were up, 27 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 184,656,900 shares. Total companies traded were 392 of which 99 were positive, 280 were negative and 13 were unchanged.

Textile Composite was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 30,613,900 shares. It was followed by Engineering with a total traded volume of 21,454,400 shares.
