KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Wednesday at 25,138.93 points with a positive change of 352.45 and volume of 143,688,700 shares. High and Low were 25,219.11 and 24,656.69 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 27 were up, 3 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 213,723,120 shares. Total companies traded were 386 of which 243 were positive, 130 were negative and 13 were unchanged.

Engineering was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 29,079,300 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 27,368,800 shares.
