KARACHI: Wednesday 19, July 2017 until 12:19, BRIndex 30 was at 23,970.43 with a negative change of -12.38 and volume of 59,439,200 shares.

High and low were 24,090.19 and 23,860.16 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 86,554,890 shares with 30 total traded companies out of which 17 were up. 12 were down and 1 were unchanged.

Engineering was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 13,736,500 shares. It was followed by Oil and Gas Marketing Companies with a total traded volume of 9,945,700 shares.

The three top traded companies were TRG Pakistan Limited with a volume of 6,395,500 and price per share of 37.84 (0.05), Sui Southern Gas Company Limited with a volume of 6,288,500 and price per share of 41.80 (1.36), Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited with a volume of 5,171,000 and price per share of 36 (0.36).

The top three advancers were Colgate-Palmolive (Pakistan) Limited with a volume of 20 and price per share of 2,399 (99.00), Mari Petroleum Company Limited with a volume of 9,840 and price per share of 1,570 (48.65), Wyeth Pakistan Limited with a volume of 620 and price per share of 2,311.01 (33.95).
