Ramiz the Raja of all cricket analysts

Pakistan cricketer turned commentator, Ramiz Raja etched his name at the top of all cricketing analysts, after his prediction of Pakistan winning the ICC Champions trophy finally came true.

Pakistan on Sunday, made history after beating arch rivals India, at Kennington, Oval.

In a video released by the ICC, an elite panel of sportsmen including Ricky Ponting, Ian Bishop, Nasser Hussain, Sanjay Manjrekar, Brendon McCullum, Greame Smith, Shane Warne and our very own Ramiz Raja were asked to pick their finalists for the mini World Cup, most probably before the start of the tournament.

A majority of the analysts picked up England as their heavy favourite for the finals along with India and Australia as the other finalists.

It was only Ramiz Raja, who nailed it after he predicted that it would be Pakistan versus arch rivals India for the final of the coveted tournament.

It comes as no surprise, as none of the cricketing experts other than Raja predicted Pakistan in the finals, as Sarfraz’s men entered into the tournament as the underdogs.

If that was not enough, the first time finalists of the Champions Trophy, win the coveted championship beating India 180 runs.
