BOGOTA; Colombia's Cementos Argos will issue up to a trillion pesos ($345.4 million) of bonds on the local market in a debt substitution, the company said Tuesday.

The bonds, which will come due in 6, 13 and 25 years, will be issued on Wednesday, the company said in a statement to the financial regulator.

Cementos Argos is a subsidiary of Grupo Argos.
