The Site Association of Industry (SAI) has started preparation to hold its annual event 'Eid Bachat Bazaar' from September 20. The SAI has been holding Eid Bachat Bazaar for the last 13 years and this would be the 14th one being held at Site Stadium. Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan will inaugurate the bazaar.
Over 100 stalls, which will include food products, garments, crockery, bangles, cosmetics, shoes, artificial jewellery, and decorating items etc, would be set up to provide goods at discounted rates.
The bazaar aims at facilitating industrial workers and their families to purchase goods at 10 to 25 percent discounted prices. Every year, a large number of factory owners of Site industrial area take active part in this Bachat Bazaar. Besides them industrialists from other parts of the country also took part and offer goods at cheap prices. Last year a number of exhibitors from Faisalabad and Multan participated in this event.
