Aitzaz Ahsan hosts luncheon for APA members

ISLAMABAD: Leader of Opposition in the Senate Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan Thursday hosted a luncheon for the participants of a three-day meeting of the Asian Parlaimentary Assembly (APA)'s Special Committee on Creation of Asian Parliament and Asian Parliamentary Assembly Standing Committee on Political Affairs.

Around 70 delegates from 22 Asian countries, including Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani, Leader of the House in Senate Raja Zafarul Haq, Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, a large number of lawmakers, Secretary Senate Amjad Pervaiz Malik and other top officials also attended the reception.
