FFBL announces 30 percent cash dividend

KARACHI: Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim (FFBL) has posted a record profit after tax of Rs7.169 billion for nine months ending September 30, 2011 and declared a 3rd interim cash dividend of Rs3 per share.

According to the financial results of the company despatched to Karachi Stock Exchange here Wednesday, the pre-tax profit also surged to Rs10.891 billion as against Rs2.931 billion last year.

The earning per share also jumped to Rs7.68 during the period under review compared to Rs3.14 over last year.
