Yograj Singh, cricketer Yuvraj Singhs father, has said he will not attend his sons wedding on November 30 with actress Hazel Keech.
Speaking to Hindustan Times about his sons marriage, Yograj revealed that he will be attending the mehendi ceremony only and this decision has nothing to do with his strained equation with his ex-wife Shabnam.
"It is my misfortune that I will not be attending the traditional wedding of my son. I had told Yuvrajs mother that I will not attend the wedding if it is solemnised at any guru or dera sect or involves any religious guru. Its destiny, I will not go. I only believe in God and not religious gurus," he said.
"I wont even go to the house of my father uninvited. But I will attend the mehendi function at Hotel Lalit on November 29. I was invited with respect by my son and my name is printed on the invites. I will go there as my son wants me to be there," he added.
However, Yograj is very happy for Indian cricketer getting married to model/actor Hazel Keech and feels that she is an angel.
Reportedly, Virat Kohli is Yuvis close friend and Anushka Sharma is too expected to accompany him at the wedding in Chandigarh on November 30.
