LAHORE: Pakistan Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique has taken a strict action on the bag and mobile snatching incident from a woman passenger during travelling at Bharya Road railway station, Sindh.
According to the PR sources on Thursday, the Minister has suspended PR Police DSP Sukkur, PRP SHO Nawab Shah, three on duty constables and one head constable while an FIR has been registered against the culprits.
The Minister said the culprits would be arrested soon and presented in the court for appropriate strict punishment.
The police party has been sent for searching out the culprits.
It is pertinent to mention here that three to four dacoits snatched a bag and a mobile phone from the hands of a woman passenger at Bharya Road railway station from Karachi-bound Tezgam Express train which stopped there for few minutes to receive line clear message.
