KARACHI: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday visited Governor Sindh Justice (Retd) Saeed-uz-Zaman Siddiqui at a local hospital and inquired about his welfare and wished him early recovery.
A spokesman of the Governor House said that the Prime Minister expressed the optimism that after recovery, the Governor would soon take up his constitutional responsibilities.
On the occasion, both the leaders also discussed matters of mutual interest.
Governor Sindh thanked the Prime Minister for his visit.
He further said that doctors' report was encouraging and his health was improving.
Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah, accompanied the Prime Minister during the visit.
