KARACHI: Gold plunged by Rs600 to close at Rs46,971 per 10 grams in the local market Tuesday, as its international price dropped to $1,658 an ounce, market sources said.
According to the Karachi Saraf Association official, tola (11.664 grams) price also plummeted by Rs700 toRs 54,800.
Silver closed lower at Rs 925.71 per 10 grams.
