NEW YORK: US Treasury yields slipped further on Tuesday as data on domestic housing construction fell short of expectations in August, diminishing expectations the real estate market is gathering strength.
Benchmark 10-year Treasury yield was 1.687 percent, down 1 basis point from late on Monday.
