Refreshing Aamras Puri for Sehri

imageSummers is on peak and all local market is flooded with the best qualities of mangoes, so it’s time to buy bunches of Mangoes because here is very yummy and delicious recipe of mango which will delight you in sehri. ‘Aamras with puri’ is one of the famous Indian recipe and popular for summer season. Aamras is really well with wheat puri. The combination of Aamras with Puris is a deadly combination. This Aamras Puri Recipe is worth trying.

INGREDIENTS

For Aamras

· 2-3 mangoes

· 1 cup milk

· Sugar to taste

· Water as required

For Puri

· 2 cup wheat flour

· ½ tsp salt

· Water as required

· Oil as required

DIRECTION

1. Wash, peel & cut mangoes. Add mango, milk, water in a blender, blend till get a smooth puree.

2. Transfer Aamras in a bowl; add sugar if required and mix well. Chill Aamras in the refrigerator.

3. Sieve flour & salt. Add 1 tsp oil, mix well. Knead it to firm dough by adding enough water and keep aside for 10-15 mins.

4. Again knead the dough, make small balls out of it. Roll each ball into small circles with thin-medium thickness.

5. Now drop puri into oil, when it comes to surface turn it and fry golden brown for other side. Drain puri on absorbent paper. Repeat same process with remaining puri.

6. Serve crisp hot puri with chilled Aamras. It should be serve fresh, because next it changes it’s color and bit of taste too.
