ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has convened the All Parties Conference on Thursday to discuss with political leaders the serious challenges to the national security and to forge a united stance.

The meeting to be held on September 29 at the Prime Minister house will focus on the recent threats to the national security where the political leaders will be briefed by the concerned officials about the latest situation and ways to deal with it.

Gilani on Sunday telephoned political leaders of various political parties and invited them to attend the national conference.
