ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Navy has employed 84 boats, two helicopters and three ambulances in the relief and rescue activities for the flood-hit people in Sindh province.
According to a Spokesman of Pakistan Navy here on Friday, more than 200 affected people have been shifted to safe places from Jhaddo and Sangi Pharo areas.
He said a medical camp has also been set up at Cadet College Sanghar to provide medical facilities to the affected people.
Mobile clinic have also been established at Tehsil Jam Nawaz and Gajri areas by Pakistan Navy, he added.
The Spokesman said, 2,175 kilograms ration and 40 tents have been distributed among flood-hit people.
550 people have been treated at medical camp at Tando Bhago while 375 persons have been provided medical care at medical camp set up at Jhaddo city, he added.
