wheatHAMBURG: Tunisia's state grains agency has purchased 92,000 tonnes of soft milling wheat and 25,000 tonnes of durum wheat in a tender which closed on Friday, European traders said on Monday.

All the grain was optional origin for October/November shipment.

Of the wheat, some 25,000 tonnes was purchased at $285.69 a tonne c&f for Oct. 25-Nov. 5 shipment, 17,000 tonnes at $288.69 a tonne c&f for Nov. 5-15 shipment, 25,000 tonnes at $286.50 a tonne c&f for Nov. 5-15 shipment and 25,000 tonnes also at $286.50 a tonne c&f for Nov. 15-25 shipment.

Wheat sellers were said to be trading houses Granit and Invivo.

The durum was sold at $449.84 a tonne c&f for Oct. 25-Nov. 5 shipment.

Durum seller was said to be Gavilon.
