ISE-10 index witnesses bearish trend

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) Monday witnessed bearish trend with the ISE-10 index closed at 3038.84 points down by 15.70 points from previous day's trading.

A total of 240,000 shares were traded, which were down by 189,000 shares as compared to Firday's trading of 51,000 shares.

Out of 142 companies, share prices of 46 companies recorded increase and those of 96 registered decrease.

Mitchells Fruit Farma remained the top trading company with Rs 20.46 price per share, while that of Pakistan Tabacco decreased by Rs.25.00 per share.

K- Electric, Samba bank and Pakcom Cement were the only companies whose shares were 240,500,20,000 and 15,000 traded on Monday.
