KARACHI: Gold plunged by Rs429 to close at Rs51,685 per 10 grams in the local market Monday, as its international price also slipped to $ 1,820 an ounce, market sources said.
According to the Karachi Saraf Association official, tola (11.664 grams) price declined by Rs500 to Rs60,300.
Silver closed lower at Rs1,148.57 per 10 grams.
