LAHORE: Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) here Monday witnessed bullish trend by gaining 95.25 points as the LSE Index-25 opened with 5969.86 points and closed at 6065.11 points.
The market's overall situation also corresponded to an upward trend as it remained at 2.722 million shares to close against previous turnover of 1.323 million shares, showing an upward move of 1.398 million shares. Out of the total 89 active scrips 33 moved up, 8 shed values and 48 remained equal.
The top three Major Gainers of the day were Services Industries Limited, Pakistan Oil Fields Limited and Habib Bank Limited by recording increase in their per share value by Rs 26.57, Rs 16.52 and Rs 9.01 respectively.
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, Arif Habib Corporation and The Bank of Punjab lost their per share value by Rs 1.30, Re 0.72 and Re 0.13, respectively.
Top three Volume Leaders of the day included K-Electric Limited with 1.321 million shares, Lotte Chemical Pakistan with 200,000 shares and Pace Pakistan Limited with 184,500 shares.
