Bullish trend in ISE-10 index

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange here on Friday witnessed bullish trend as the ISE-10 index was up by 36.17 points and closed at 3967.29 points.

A total of 115,000 shares were traded, which were up by 74,300 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 40,700 shares.

Out of 148 companies, share prices of 100 companies recorded increase while share prices of 48 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in trading.

The share price of Murree Brewery increased by Rs. 37.89 per share while the share prices of Packages Limited decreased by Rs. 15.18 per share.

PIA, Bank of Punjab and Hascol Petroleum remained the top trading companies in Friday's trading with 105,000, 5000 and 3000 shares respectively.
