Urea stock in abundance

LAHORE: Farmers could not buy urea against the fixed rates from their respective districts as the stock is available in abundance in the province.

A spokesman of the department told APP on Friday, that if any shopkeeper or dealer was selling it at more than the fixed amount in such case buyer should complaint to the relevant district contact officer, Agriculture (Ext) District Officer or at office of Punjab Agriculture (Ext) director general.

The farmers should contact on 99200734, 99200749 or at Punjab agriculture helpline ie 0800-15000 to register their complaints.
