KARACHI: Gold surged by Rs 343 to all time high of Rs 43,971 per 10 grams in the local market Thursday, as its international price also jumped to $ 1,599 an ounce, market sources said.
According to Karachi Saraf Association, tola (11.664 grams) price also swelled by Rs 350 to Rs 51,300.
Silver closed unchanged at Rs 1,054.28 per 10 grams.
