ISE-10 index stays bearish

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Thursday witnessed bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was down by 50.34 points to close at 4066.33 points.

A total of 452,600 shares were traded, which showed a positive growth of 408,600 shares, when compared with previous day's trading of 44000 shares.

Out of 153 companies, share prices of 46 companies recorded increase while those of 107 companies decreased and no company remained stable in today's trading.

The share price of Abbott Laboratories increased by Rs 28.04 while that of Murree Brewery decreased by Rs 46.54 per share.

PIA, Bank of Punjab and Engro Corporation remained the top trading companies with 441,000, 10000 and 600 shares respectively.
