ISE-10 index stays bearish

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Monday witnessed bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was down by 34.91 points to close at 4132.8 points.

A total of 2000 shares were traded, which showed a negative growth of 500 shares, when compared with previous day's trading of 2500 shares.

Out of 149 companies, share prices of 38 companies recorded increase while those of 111 companies decreased and no company remained stable in today's trading.

The share price of Sapphire Fivres increased by Rs 18 while that of International Industries decreased by Rs 52.3 per share.

Silk Bank, OGDC and Nishat Chunian Industries remained the top trading companies with 1000, 500 and 500 shares respectively.
