ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bullish trend here on Wednesday as the ISE-10 index was down by 79.45 points and closed at 4,272.74 points.
A total of 17,200 shares were traded, which were down by 10,000 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 27,200 shares.
Out of 158 companies, share prices of 63 companies recorded increase while share prices of 95 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in today's trading.
The share price of Pakistan Tobacco increased by Rs. 40.18 per share while the share prices of Mari Petroleum decreased by Rs. 25.41 per share.
Fauji Cement, Nishat Limited and Silk Bank remained the top trading companies in Wednesday's trading with 10,000, 5,000 and 2,000 shares respectively.
