ISE-10 index stays bullish

imageISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Wednesday witnessed bullish trend as the ISE-10 index was up by 0.96 points to close at 4642.78 points.

According to the ISE data, a total of 20,000 shares were traded, which showed a positive growth of 10,500 shares, when compared with previous day's trading of 9,500 shares.

Out of 154 companies, share prices of 64 companies recorded increase while those of 90 companies witnessed decrease.

The share price of Atlas Battery increased by Rs 26.51 while that of Fazal Textile decreased by Rs 40.00 per share. According to the data PIA, Engro Corporation and Mari Petroleum remained the top trading companies with 12,000, 5,000 and 1,000 shares respectively.
