KARACHI: Gold plunged by Rs300 to Rs41,742 per 10 grams in local bullion market Friday, as its international price slipped to $ 1,493 an ounce, market sources said.
According to Karachi Saraf Association, tola (11.664 grams) price also declined by Rs350 to Rs48,700.
Silver closed lower at Rs 977.14 per 10 grams.
