ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bearish trend here on Tuesday as the ISE-10 index was down by 6.45 points and closed at 4,325.82 points.
A total of 273,300 shares were traded, which were down by 235,300 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 38,000 shares.
Out of 147 companies, share prices of 67 companies recorded increase while share prices of 80 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in today's trading.
The share price of mitchells Fruit Farm increased by Rs. 27.59 per share while the share prices of Fazal Textile decreased by Rs. 42.82 per share.
Byco Petroleum, Laferge Pakistan Cement and Cherat Cement remained the top trading companies in Tuesday's trading with 105,500, 95,000 and 51,000 shares respectively.
