ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bearish trend here on Monday as the ISE-10 index was down by 14.42 points and closed at 4,454.90 points.
A total of 235,900 shares were traded, which were up by 156,700 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 79,200 shares.
Out of 139 companies, share prices of 32 companies recorded increase while share prices of 107 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in today's trading.
The share price of National Foods increased by Rs. 24.25 per share while the share prices of Murree Brewery decreased by Rs. 45.75 per share.
Lotte Chemical Pakistan, Bank of Punjab and Byco Petroleum remained the top trading companies in Monday's trading with 100,000, 72,000 and 42,500 shares respectively.
