CHICAGO: Wheat futures fell in early trading at the Chicago Board of Trade on Wednesday as traders locked in profits from a rally on Tuesday.
The US dollar, which had strengthened throughout the morning, weakened shortly after the open, reducing some of the pressure on wheat.
At 9:32 a.m. CDT (1432 GMT), CBOT July wheat was down 9-1/2 cents at $6.64-3/4 a bushel.
