KARACHI: Oil and Gas Development Authority (OGDC) has posted a higher profit after tax of Rs 52.808 billion for ten months ending April 30, 2011.
According to financial results of the company despatched to Karachi Stock Exchange here Friday, the pre-tax profit, was however, went down to Rs 72.521 billion against Rs 76.081 billion in the same period 2010.
The earning per share (EPS) climbed to Rs 12.28 during the period under review, compared to Rs 11.07 in the corresponding period last year.
