ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) witnessed bearish trend here on Tuesday as the ISE-10 index was down by 31.71 points to close at 4,445.84 points.
A total of 2,500 shares were traded, which showed a negative growth of 11,200 shares when compared with previous day's trading of 13,700 shares.
Out of 147 companies, share prices of 36 companies recorded increase while those of 111 companies decreased and no company remained stable in today's trading.
The share price of Shield corporation increased by Rs 12.60 while that of Pakistan Sanofi Aventis Pakistan decreased by Rs 42.75 per share.
Hub Power Company, Laferge Pakistan, National Bank of Pakistan and Treet Corporation remained the top trading companies with 1,000, 500, 500 and 500 shares respectively.
