ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bearish trend here on Thursday as the ISE-10 index was down by 59.8 points and closed at 4575.43 points.
A total of 1,157,400 shares were traded, which were up by 589,100 shares when compared with previous day's trading of 568,300 shares.
Out of 159 companies, share prices of 67 companies recorded increase while share prices of 92 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in today's trading.
The share price of Pakistan Tobacco increased by Rs. 31.29 per share while the share prices of Murree Brewery decreased by Rs. 40.76 per share.
P.I.A., P.T.C.L and Bank Alfalah remained the top trading companies in Thursday's trading with 659,000, 135,000 and 130,000 shares respectively.
