KARACHI: Gold improved by Rs 343 to Rs 40,885 per 10 grams in local bullion market Saturday, as its international price also increased to $ 1,496 an ounce, market sources said.
According to Karachi Saraf Association, tola (11.664 grams) price also increased by Rs 400 to Rs 48,700.
Silver closed at Rs 1,054.28 per 10 grams.
