KARACHI: Gold jumped by Rs 643 to close at record high at Rs 41,485 per 10 grams in local bullion market Thursday, as its international price also went up to $ 1,533 an ounce, market sources said.
A gold dealer said that tola (11.664 grams) price also increased by 750 to close at Rs 48,400 on bullish activity.
Silver closed at Rs 1,380 per 10 grams.
