LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has congratulated Principal and Neurosurgeon Prof. Dr Khalid Mahmood on the completion of the first year of successful operations of Parkinson's disease in Lahore General Hospital.
The chief minister said that as a result of availability of modern treatment facilities to the patients of Parkinson's disease in Pakistan due to the efforts of Punjab government, they will not have to go abroad for medical care.
He also commended the efforts of Principal Postgraduate Medical Institute and neurosurgeon Prof. Dr Khalid Mahmood and his team for the treatment of disease.
