Executive Engineer Water and Power district Hunza Nagar M. Ikram while talking to APP here Wednesday said that in winter increased usage of electric heaters and rods are the main cause of loadshedding in the region.
He said necessary steps are being taken to minimize the load by disconnecting illegal connections, people should also inform electricity department about such cases in their vicinity.
