Official sources in the Pakistan Railways told APP on Wednesday that breaches under the railway track have been plugged and repairing of the railway track has been carried out.

"Now reservation of seats for both Jaffar Express and Bolan Express has been kicked off," the Pakistan Railways officials said.

It is pertinent to mention here that Quetta-bound Jaffar Express after leaving Rawalpindi railway station will be reaching Quetta railway station on October 18 while Rawalpindi-bound Jaffarabad Express will be operational from Quetta railway station on October 18 at 9am.

Meanwhile, Bolan Mail, another train that used to ply between Karachi and Quetta has also been made operational.

The citizens who have left Quetta for their native towns and cities to celebrate Eid-ul-Azha with their beloved ones have expressed their happiness over the restoration of railway link of Balochistan with other parts of the country.
