Khursheed thanks Saudi Arabia for increasing Hajj quota

Khursheed Shah, who is currently on a visit to Saudi Arabia to discuss the arrangements for the upcoming Hajj expressed gratitude in a meeting with Chairman of the Board of Directors of Private Establishment for Guides, Youssef bin Ahmad Huwalah.

The Saudi authorities have approved an additional Hajj quota of 20,000 for Pakistan, increasing it from the existing 158,000 to 179,210 for the upcoming Hajj.

The meeting discussed ways and means to ensure provision of maximum facilities to Pakistani pilgrims with special focus on accommodation, grouping and transport arrangements, said a press release received here from Saudi Arabia.

Chairman Ahmed Huwalah said the establishment would provide consummate services to Pakistani pilgrims so that they could perform Hajj with complete comfort.
