Iraq oil flow to Turkey restarts after blast

"Iraq started oil exports through the Kirkuk-Ceyhan pipeline at 3pm and at around 350,000 barrels per day," Iraqi oil ministry spokesman, Asim Jihad, told Reuters.

Jihad said he expected flows to increase to over 400,000 barrels per day over the "coming days."
