The explosion took place in Toba Notkani area of the district when a group of people were on their way home from another village.
As a result, those who were injured are identified as Shah Nawaz, Mehrullah, Lota Khan and Abdul Shakoor.
The injured were shifted to Sui Hospital for medical treatment.
Local administration has registered a case against unknown miscreants.
